Leave the processed foods in the store and spend most of your time buying lean meats and fruits and vegetables. Many people call this the “cavemen” diet.

Essentially, this means eating only natural foods that come from the ground, a tree, or an animal.

Processed foods can make you feel tired and sluggish, and some can even be addicting. After eating certain foods, listen to your body and investigate what works for you.

3. Drink enough water.

Don’t negate the very real power of water. It will keep you adequately hydrated and you cannot survive without it.

For many people, sleep is what they most often neglect. They think you can make up for the loss of sleep when it is actually very difficult to do.
