“We’re the first to bring a holistic wellness studio to the market,” said Katie Marsh, president and founder of Be Well Studio in Bexley, Ohio. In-person classes began on March 22, 2021. Online classes lasted for several weeks while the studio room was prepped for this week’s opening. Plants, white walls, and cheerful lighting now adorn the room at 2262 East Main Street.
The bestselling author James Clear will give a virtual kick-off on March 23rd at 5:30 p.m. The author of Atomic Habits: A Simple, Proven Way to Build Good Habits and Break Bad Habits, along with Bexley’s Mayor Ben Kessler, 10TV presenter Molly Brewer and Doug Ulman, CEO of Pelotonia, is promoting the newest wellness venue in celebrate Bexley.
In addition to group fitness courses, Be Well offers other holistic programs, including personal training and health coaching. Kit Yoon, Certified Health Coach and Owner of the Bexley Natural Market, says: “I’m very excited to have a local wellness resource that offers our community a variety of holistic health modalities.”

Michelle Mineo, Kris Tann, Allie Shultz, Julia Sims-Haas and Cassandra Brigdon will be part of the Be Well teaching staff along with Marsh, among others. Yoga classes include gentle candlelit classes, as well as power flow and yoga sculpt classes with weights. Recently, several grilles and mirrors were installed on both long walls in the studio to increase the space for the barre classes. Pilates as well as circuit training and interval training are offered. All levels of students are welcome.
