But when it happened, fate occurred. Actually twice – in various sports-related accidents that put him in debilitating pain.

Both times his father, a loyal chiropractic patient, took him to see his doctor. The result was two successful, pain-free adjustments that changed his view of the practice.

After personally experiencing the power of chiropractic, Nilles realized the value of devoting his life as a chiropractor and seeing how his own patients get better off without prescription drugs.

Today Dr. Bob Nilles is a Doctor at Diamond Chiropractic & Acupuncture with nearly 25 years of experience working to heal patients and love every minute of them.

Its services include chiropractic and acupuncture, car accidents, and prenatal care.

“Chiropractic is more personal than traditional medical care,” said Nilles. “It’s always about results. We want the patient to be better, period.”

In his practice, Nilles combines acute and chronic injuries and illnesses with the right treatment plan resulting from drug-free services and techniques.

“The bulk of what we do in our office is getting on the same page with the patient. Once that happens, I don’t lack confidence that I can help you,” he said. “Developing that level of confidence is key.”

Nilles says pain in the body can be a direct result of stress, but patients don’t always make the connection. In fact, he says, emotions will eventually emerge as physical pain.

“It is important to help patients identify the source of stress so that it can be treated,” he said. “Pain has a tremendous correlation with negative isms, so you have to be positive and counteract it.”

Nilles takes the pain his patient is experiencing personally and takes his time asking the patient additional questions when he is not getting the desired results.

“It comes down to being able to connect every time you visit,” he said. “You can’t afford to have a bad day.”

Diamond Chiropractic & Acupuncture works with patients of all ages.

He believes he is only as good as his last adjustment and views each visit as an opportunity to impart knowledge and educate patients on how they can really get better.

According to Nilles, it is important that patients become aware that they are better off and that the right image is properly manifesting in their minds.

“We want to make sure that by the time we’re done, patients understand how they got better, what it took, and that they enjoyed the process.”
