Fight stereotypes

In his early days building Mommy’s faith, Bindlish confronted the stereotype of having a child with developmental delays. “Our biggest challenge was reaching out to the special needs community and developing a safety zone where families can seek and receive help,” said Bindlish, Founder and CEO.

Within three years, Mom’s Belief has achieved operating revenue growth of 145 percent with operating revenue of Rs 217 million and net income of Rs 7.5 million for 2019-2020.

Mom’s Belief is comprised of 201 members who are guided by the timely in-house training among senior professionals operating in both Indian and international markets.

“The latest thing we’re doing is the ABA program, for which we have BCBA experts from the USA. When we create new programs, we think about how fully we can meet children’s needs, ”explains Bindlish.

As a pioneer in home therapy by training primary caregivers to be the child’s co-therapist, the company integrates customized educational plans that meet the needs of the children and offers bespoke tools for such plans.

“Most of our tools are created in-house by our team of professionals and clinicians. We continue to seek new information and technology in the field and work with professionals overseas to offer therapies in India so we can meet the needs of children with special needs, ”says Bindlish.

He adds: “We also create a lot of community awareness and try to make our society more inclusive so that we can meet the needs of all people.”

As a member of the coveted US Young Entrepreneur Council, Bindlish managed to reach 50,000 families in the year of the pandemic through its Mom’s Belief e-therapy program. Despite the challenges of Covid-19, his team ensured the further development of children with special needs.

In 2019, Mom’s Belief was recognized by Zero Project at the United Nations in Vienna as the most innovative project for its innovative model that supports the parents of children with special needs and the professionals who work with them.

The company was also celebrated at the fifth edition of the 2019 International Business Excellence Awards in Dubai, where the brand received the prestigious award for its contribution in the Wellbeing and Health category.
