Developed by Holistic Kidz, an early stage wellness company, the company has already won one of the world’s leading professional services companies, Herbert Smith Freehills, as one of its first customers.

The Belfast-based team of qualified and experienced wellness coaches offers a wide range of options to help businesses and organizations in the private, public and non-profit sectors create a bespoke plan, including relaxation classes, interactive wellness classes and webinars, guided meditation and rejuvenation Retreatz and grounding and breathing exercises. Programs can be delivered online or in person as per current government guidelines.
