A woman was fined for admitting not to stop following a collision.

Susan Browning of Bryn Eithin in Tafarn Y Gelyn at Llanferres appeared in Mold Magistrates Court on Wednesday.

The 50-year-old admitted three crimes; For one thing, on September 3rd last year she drove carelessly in the parking lot of the Buckley train station.

She also admitted that there was an accident on that occasion that damaged another vehicle and she did not stop – and did not report that accident.

For not quitting, the court fined Browning £ 226 and ordered her to pay a sacrificial surcharge of £ 34 on top of the cost of £ 85.

Her driving record was confirmed with six points.

No separate penalty was imposed for violations of the driving ban without due care and attention or failure to report the accident.
