Thorne starts his workout with a slower pace warm-up (set to “Fernando”), then raises the intensity at HIIT intervals set to “When I Kissed the Teacher”, “Waterloo”, “Angel Eyes”, “Super Trouper” and of course “Mamma Mia.” But if you’re dying for something “Dancing Queen”, don’t worry – it’s the chilled song!
