FIREFIGHTERS rescued a mother and son after their car rolled on its side.
You were not injured in the potentially serious County Durham road accident over the weekend.
It happened on Saturday on the A688 outside Raby Castle between Barnard Castle and Bishop Auckland.
Crews from County Durham and the Darlington Fire and Rescue Service participated in the incident.
A spokesman said: “Fortunately, both inmates, mother and son, were released without injuries and the boy laughed and smiled as he was executed by our firefighters.
“Please take care of people and avoid distractions while driving.”
