The Next Gen Health and Lifestyle Clubs are adding to their existing portfolio of facilities in Australia and New Zealand and have announced that the newest club will open for members only from next Monday in the Doncaster suburb of Melbourne.

Located on the edge of Mirvac’s Tullamore settlement on the former Eastern Golf Course, Next Gen Doncaster has transformed the historic Tullamore homestead into a space devoted to holistic wellbeing, flexible fitness, rejuvenation and relaxation.

After successfully handling the lockdowns and COVID restrictions at its existing locations last year, Next Gen designed the new Doncaster facility specifically to provide a safe experience from start to finish.

Brett Leahy, Managing Director of Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs, said: “We are excited to introduce the Next Gen Club concept in Melbourne after years of searching for the ideal location.

“Next Gen Doncaster will be a flagship club for us, offering the premium facilities and service for which we are known. We’ve created the ultimate health and lifestyle club, with everything you love in one incredible resort-inspired location.

“I’m really excited to share it with the community and we look forward to welcoming everyone to our Next Gen Family.”

On an area of 11,000 square meters, the new club offers the latest innovations, including special functional training zones, state-of-the-art Technogym equipment, high-intensity outrace training facilities and a comprehensive program of studio courses as well as reformers Pilates, yoga, Les Mills special courses and a cinematic spin studio experience .

Outside the complex there are four tennis courts available for competitions, which are available for member bookings, professional tennis coaching, social and competitive tennis. Members can also use extensive water facilities. Heated indoor and seasonal outdoor pools offer lap swimming, aqua fitness classes, and learning opportunities – swimming programs.

The Premium Spa of the Next Gen Doncaster has a sauna, a steam bath, a vitality spa pool, an ice bath and a monsoon shower with an adjoining outdoor relaxation garden. Sun loungers and cabanas both indoors and outdoors complete the experience.

It also has a members’ lounge with a licensed bar, café, and restaurant, and an extensive range of family-friendly facilities and programs, including a crèche and children’s playroom. The club’s premium services also include the Next Gen Life mobile app and the Next Gen Life magazine.

Next Gen Doncaster offers fitness and premium membership packages and also offers the limited Tullamore Club membership level with exclusive access to a private lounge on the upper floor of the lovingly restored Heritage Homestead that opens to a restored upper deck with city views.

Tullamore Club members also receive free parking, meal credits, exclusive merchandise, and invitations to special occasions.

There will be an open house on Saturday, May 29th, before Next Gen Doncaster officially opens on Monday, May 31st.
